Scott Beck is the founder and CEO of Tango, a private investment company that forms partnerships with vision-led growth organizations in the for-profit and not-for-profit sectors. He has twenty years of experience in the formation and management of high-profile retail companies with strong brand recognition and has operated businesses as a private investor since the early eighties. Mr. Beck is also CEO of Waldo's $ Mart, a multi-unit retail chain expanding throughout Mexico and Latin America. In 1992 Mr. Beck founded and served as Chairman, CEO and Director of Boston Chicken, Inc., and four years later as a founder and Chairman of Einstein/Noah Bagel Corp. Mr. Beck was the first and largest franchisee of Blockbuster Video after joining the company in 1987 and served as Vice Chairman of the Board and Chief Operating Officer of Blockbuster Entertainment Corporation. In 1991 he founded the Bowana foundation, a non-profit corporation with the mission "to help build healthy and loving families through changed lives." Mr. Beck is a board member of USA Wrestling, a member of the National Wrestling Hall of Fame, and was the team leader of the Olympic Wrestling Team in 2000.

Jack Thompson is Founder of Tango Management Consulting, and serves as its President and CEO. Formerly a Managing Director in BearingPoint's Real Estate and Capital Asset Solutions Practice, and Practice Leader with the E&Y and Deloitte Real Estate consulting groups, Mr. Thompson has over 25 years' experience in property development and the development and implementation of retail real estate expansion strategies. His clients include REITs, developers, large and small mall-based retailers, mass merchandisers, apparel retailers, theatres, grocers, restaurants, banks, convenience stores, and gasoline retailers. He holds a Masters Degree in International Business and Real Estate Finance from Northwestern University's Kellogg Graduate School of Management, and is a frequent author and speaker on the topic of retail property development operations and technology.

Pranav Tyagi is a Co-Founder of Tango Management Consulting, and serves as its Executive Vice President and COO. Mr. Tyagi has over 12 years of consulting experience with a wide range of clients across Retail, Restaurants, REITs, Investment Funds and Banking. Prior to TMC, Mr. Tyagi started and co-led the Retail Real Estate practice at BearingPoint, and helped develop Retail and Corporate Real Estate Consulting practices at Ernst & Young and Deloitte Consulting. Mr. Tyagi has led several industry benchmarking studies for Corporate and Retail Real Estate, and has worked with over 60 retail and restaurant companies in improving their store development organizations, processes and tools. He has also worked with over 25 Corporate and Commercial Real Estate Clients in the area of Real Estate Strategy, Process Improvement and Technology. Mr. Tyagi holds an MBA in Strategy and Marketing Research from The University of Texas at Dallas, a Master of Science in Information Systems, and a Bachelors degree in Mechanical / Industrial Engineering.

Chris Marks is a Partner with the private investment company Tango, which invests primarily in private high growth companies in the retail and consumer branded product sectors. He is also a Principal at High Country Venture, LLC (HCV). HCV is the General Partner of Colorado Fund I, a venture capital fund that invests in early stage companies based in Colorado. Prior to joining Tango, Mr. Marks was a corporate attorney with the law firm of Hogan & Hartson where he was a founding member of the private equity practice group. Mr. Marks has served on several Boards, including Lijit Networks Inc., Latin American Realty and Smart Care Clinics, Inc. Mr. Marks received his BA from The Colorado College, and JD from University of Colorado Law School.
